However, we understand that sometimes an item may not be the perfect fit or meet your expectations. This detailed Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms, conditions, and step-by-step procedures for returning or exchanging items purchased from our website, https://turabmerch.com.
By making a purchase on our website, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return window starting from the date your order was delivered. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your request must be initiated within this 30-day period. Requests made after 30 days of delivery will unfortunately not be accepted, and no exceptions can be made.
2. Eligibility Conditions for Returns
To ensure a smooth return process, all items must meet the following strict conditions:
- Unused and Unworn: The item must not show any signs of wear, washing, stretching, or alteration.
- Original Condition: The item must be free of any stains, odors (including perfume, smoke, or pet hair), or damage.
- Tags Attached: All original manufacturer tags and labels must be securely attached to the garment.
- Original Packaging: The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any polybags, boxes, or protective wrapping.
- Proof of Purchase: You must provide a valid order number or receipt to verify the purchase.
Note: If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet these criteria, we reserve the right to reject the return and have the item shipped back to you at your expense.
3. Non-Returnable and Final Sale Items
For hygiene, safety, and operational reasons, the following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:
- Items purchased during “Final Sale”, “Clearance”, or promotional discount events (unless the item is defective).
- Intimate apparel, undergarments, or socks (for health and hygiene reasons).
- Customized, personalized, or made-to-order apparel.
- Gift cards or digital products.
- Free promotional items or gifts included with an order.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We meticulously inspect all orders before shipping, but occasionally, mistakes happen or items may be damaged in transit.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. To expedite the resolution, please email us at turabmerch@gmail.com with:
- Your Order Number.
- Clear, well-lit photographs of the defect, damage, or incorrect item.
- A photograph of the shipping label and packaging.
Upon verification, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and offer you the choice of a full refund (including original shipping costs) or a free replacement, at no additional cost to you.
5. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Provide Details: Include your Order Number, the specific item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Receive Instructions: Our team will review your request. If approved, we will email you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on where and how to ship the item.
- Ship the Item: Securely pack the item, include a copy of your original invoice or the RMA number inside the package, and ship it using a trackable courier service.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization or an RMA number will be refused at our facility and returned to the sender.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., defective, damaged, or incorrect item), the customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.
Original shipping fees paid at checkout are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the return shipping will be deducted from your total refund amount. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
7. The Inspection Process
Once your returned package arrives at our facility, it will undergo a thorough quality inspection by our team. This process typically takes 3 to 5 business days.
You will receive an email notification confirming whether your return has been approved or rejected based on the eligibility conditions outlined in Section 2. ا>
8. Refund Processing
If your return is approved, your refund will be processed promptly:
- The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout.
- Processing the refund through our payment gateway takes 1 to 2 business days.
- Depending on your bank or credit card issuer, it may take an additional 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear in your account.
Please note that Turab Merch has no control over the processing times of external financial institutions.
9. Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size or color of the exact same product, provided the new item is in stock.
To request an exchange, follow the initiation process in Section 5. Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping cost of the original item, as well as the outbound shipping cost for the replacement item. If the requested exchange item is out of stock, we will issue a full refund for the original item instead.
10. International Returns (If Applicable)
For customers located outside the United States, please note that you are responsible for all return shipping costs to our facility. Additionally, any customs duties, import taxes, or brokerage fees incurred during the return process are the sole responsibility of the customer and will not be reimbursed by Turab Merch.
11. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days of our approval email, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank or credit card account again to ensure the transaction has not been posted.
- Contact your credit card company, as there is often a processing delay before a refund is officially posted to your statement.
- Contact your bank, as some financial institutions require additional processing time.
